Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments. Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Booking Deposits
Booking deposits are non-refundable and non exchangeable. Deposits will be required to secure a booking at Fionathemua or they will be forfeited. Deposits will be used as credit towards my full payment and full payments of my service will be required before or after the completion of service in cash, direct debit and/or bank transfer.
Any cancellations made outside of 48 hours of your scheduled appointment your service may be forfeited. Cancelled sessions cannot be reclaimed or redeemed unless otherwise stated by the consultant.
No-Shows
Failure to be present within 15 minutes of the appointment with no explanation will result in a cancellation of the appointed session and your deposit is forfeited. If you do not show up to your appointment a no-show fee will be charged
Failure To Attend
Failure to attend an appointment without reason will automatically result in your deposit being forfeited.
Illness or COVID
For the safety or our people and clients, please do not make bookings if you have experienced or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, have been overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with a person who has flu-like symptoms. If under any circumstance contact us if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal details. All personal information obtained from the client is kept and viewed by the artist only. The clients' records are kept for the purpose of providing them with the best possible service.
Social media & Consent
If you do not give permission for your picture to be photographed or uploaded on social media it is the clients responsibility to inform the makeup artist during the appointment.
